| dc.description | La actualidad mundial, la globalización el fácil acceso a la información genera para los países latinoamericanos un momento ideal en el desarrollo económico social y cultural esto representa para Colombia un desafío y posicionarse como potencia en la región; Esto implica el diseño y ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura necesarios para afrontar el reto del desarrollo económico global, obedeciendo a esta necesidad y como institución principal el INSTITUTO GEOGRAFICO AGUSTIN CODAZZI quien tiene como misión producir, definir, publicar y certificar la información geográfica, cartográfica, agrológica, catastral, geodésica y de tecnologías geoespaciales del país, por lo tanto se establecen los lineamientos para generar, definir, publicar y certificar las coordenadas en el sistema de referencia MAGNA-SIRGAS para los orígenes planos cartesianos, siendo el insumo base para la construcción de las proyecciones cartográficas locales y a su vez los modelos cartográficos con las precisiones requeridas para estudios urbanos a escalas grandes minimizando las deformaciones de la proyección Gauss Krüger. En este proceso es necesario contar con un sistema de gestión de calidad interno que permita identificar mediante estándares de calidad (no conformidades), en el análisis se pudo identificar la necesidad de verificar actualizar y documentar la base de datos de ORIGENES CARTOGRAFICOS CARTESIANOS GEOCARTO los cuales presentan inconsistencias como duplicidad y diferencias en valores ya sea por errores aleatorios o sistemáticos a la hora de estructurar y compilar la información. | |
