dc.descriptionLa fundación Social Oasis es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro, consolidada a través del esfuerzo y los sueños de jóvenes de Ciudad Bolívar para el apoyo de las poblaciones vulnerables. Trabaja con niños y jóvenes en formación de valores a través de las artes, con adultos mayores desde un comedor comunitario y talleres de su interés y con mujeres emprendedoras. La principal razón con que se realiza este proyecto es fortalecer los conocimientos adquiridos y desarrollados en la etapa electiva del proyecto curricular de Administración Deportiva. Para tal fin se apoyó a la Fundación Social Oasis con la implementación de un proceso de reingeniería y de un proyecto de carácter deportivo, mejorando así algunas problemáticas que presentaba la institución y aportando nuevas ideas para su mejoramiento continuo. Aquí se refleja todo el conjunto de conocimientos, actividades y tareas adquiridas y desarrolladas a partir de la ejecución de la pasantía en la Fundación Social Oasis, se presenta la problemática que dio pie a la iniciativa, la justificación y los objetivos planteados, están enumeradas las funciones que se desempeñaron y el proceso metodológico que se efectuó y así mismo los resultados que se obtuvieron tanto personalmente como para la institución, dejando un panorama claro de los que puede aportar un proceso de reingeniería y sirviendo como ejemplo para posteriores trabajos y posteriores procesos de cambio y mejora en la Fundación.
dc.descriptionThe Social Oasis Foundation is a non-profit organization, consolidated through the effort and dreams of young people of Ciudad Bolívar for the support of vulnerable populations. He works with children and young people in the formation of values through the arts, with older adults from a communal dining room and workshops of his interest and with enterprising women. The main reason for this project is to strengthen the knowledge acquired and developed in the elective stage of the Sports administration curricular project. To this end, he supported the Social Oasis Foundation with the implementation of a reengineering process and a sports project, thus improving some problems that the institution presented and providing new ideas for its continuous improvement. Here it is reflected the whole of knowledge, activities and tasks acquired and developed from the execution of the internship in the Social Oasis Foundation, presents the problematic that gave rise to the initiative, the justification and the objectives raised, The functions that were performed and the methodological process that took place and the results obtained both personally and for the institution are listed, leaving a clear picture of those that can contribute a process of reengineering and serving As an example for subsequent work and subsequent processes of change and improvement in the foundation.
