dc.descriptionPan Pa’ Ya! cuenta con un plan de saneamiento ambiental mediante el cual se estandarizan todos los procesos para cumplir con las exigencias legales a una empresa de alimentos. Dentro del plan de saneamiento se contemplan los aspectos de agua potable, limpieza y desinfección, manejo integral de residuos sólidos y líquidos y manejo integral de plagas. En el periodo de un mes se ajustaron algunas matrices de acuerdo con información que se compiló en las sucursales mediante visitas de campo. Se identificaron llaves de suministro de agua y su uso, niveles de riesgo por suciedad en cada etapa, los contenedores de residuos y la ruta sanitaria de estos dentro de las sucursales.
dc.descriptionPan Pa' Ya! Has an environmental sanitation plan through which all processes are standardized to comply with the legal requirements of a food company. The sanitation plan includes aspects of drinking water, cleaning and disinfection, integral management of solid and liquid waste and integral pest management. In the period of one month, some matrices were adjusted according to information that was compiled in the branches through field visits. Water supply keys and their use were identified, levels of risk per dirt at each stage, waste containers and the sanitary route of these within the branches.
