dc.descriptionEl Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) de la Corporación Club El Nogal, identificó la necesidad de fortalecer en el marco de ésta última actualización, la comunicación interna y la toma de conciencia principalmente en aquellos procesos que tienen incidencia negativa directa sobre los aspectos ambientales, generando impactos significativos. La sensibilización en materia ambiental a los colaboradores busca lograr los cambios de conducta necesarios para garantizar la protección del medio ambiente, incluyendo la prevención o reducción de los impactos ambientales adversos identificados. El seguimiento continuo, realizado a través de las inspecciones ambientales y la ejecución de nuevas estrategias formativas con un enfoque didáctico, busca mantener el compromiso frente a los requerimientos de la norma y la eficiencia del SGA, la una continua divulgación de la información pertinente al sistema de manera clara, sencilla y al alcance a todos los niveles de la corporación promueve la mejora continua y la optimización de su desempeño ambiental.
dc.descriptionThe Environmental Management System (EMS) of the Club El Nogal Corporation, identified the need to strengthen within the framework of this latest update, internal communication and awareness raising mainly in those processes that have a direct negative impact on environmental aspects, generating significant impacts. The environmental awareness of the collaborators seeks to achieve the behavioral changes necessary to guarantee the protection of the environment, including the prevention or reduction of the adverse environmental impacts identified. The continuous monitoring, carried out through the environmental inspections and the execution of new training strategies with a didactic approach, seeks to maintain the commitment to the requirements of the standard and the efficiency of the EMS, the continuous dissemination of information pertinent to the system, simple and accessible to all levels of the corporation promotes continuous improvement and optimization of its environmental performance.
