En este caso concreto se busca encontrar y plasmar el cómo y por qué, nace la sociedad colombiana de topógrafos o agremiaciones afines que tienen como objetivo principal el poner en conocimiento al público los lineamientos que atreves del Tiempo le dan forma a lo que hoy en día es la topografía, en lo académico en lo legislativo y su desarrollo para el país y la población en general.
Este trabajo de investigación, recopila la memoria histórica, de la sociedad colombiana de topógrafos, en este caso concreto se busca encontrar y plasmar el cómo y por qué nace esta Organización.
