dc.descriptionINVENTARIOS Y AVALÚOS VALORACIONES EMPRESARIALES LTDA es una empresa destinada a brindar soluciones integrales de asesoría y consultoría en valoración de empresas e intangibles, inventarios y valuación de activos fijos, auditorias especializadas y avalúos especializados, lleva a cabo algunas actividades encaminadas a la salud ocupacional; a pesar de ello, no cuenta con un diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo, motivo por el cual fue preciso detallar todos los procesos y actividades que tienen que ver con la salud de los trabajadores. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa con el fin de evaluar su estado actual frente al cumplimiento correspondiente al marco legal colombiano vigente. Se recopilo la información por medio de encuestas a los empleados y a la alta gerencia, y se realizaron las tablas de distribución por grupos, distribución por género, por escolaridad y procesos llevados a cabo con el fin de levantar un perfil que permitiera establecer un mejor diagnóstico de las condiciones de trabajo, seguridad Industrial y salud presente en la empresa. Además, tomando la matriz de factores de riesgo y el ciclo PHVA, como principales herramientas en la investigación, separar con más claridad las necesidades a las que se ven afrontados los empleados en sus labores diarias, lo anterior enfocado principalmente en la vigilancia y control eficaz en la salud y la seguridad industrial tanto de los empleados como los empleadores y al mismo tiempo este contribuya al mejoramiento de sus condiciones y ambiente laboral al interior de la Industria. Se encontraron una serie de riesgos laborales (físico, ergonómicos, locativos, mecánicos, psicosocial), entre los más altos se encuentra el riesgo de tipo ergonómico y físicos ya que hay factores como la iluminación, ruidos, temperaturas, malas posturas o malos movimientos que han afectado y manifestado por parte de los empleados en las encuestas realizadas a cada uno de ellos, por eso recomendamos se usen adecuadamente los espacios y elementos suministrados por parte de la compañía.
dc.descriptionINVENTARIOS Y AVALÚOS VALORACIONES EMPRESARIALES LTDA is a company devoted to providing comprehensive solutions consulting and advisory business valuation and intangible assets, valuation of inventories and fixed assets, specialized audits and specialized assessments, carried out some activities for Occupational Health; nevertheless, does not have a Design Management System for Safety and Health at Work, why it was necessary to list all processes and activities that have to do with the health of workers. A diagnosis of the current situation of the company in order to assess their current state against the Colombian legal framework for the effective implementation was performed. Then the collection of information was used by surveys to employees and senior management, and distribution tables were conducted by age group, gender distribution, for schooling and processes carried out in order to build a profile that would establish a better diagnosis of working conditions, Health and Safety within the enterprise. Besides taking the matrix of risk factors and the PDCA cycle as the main tools in the investigation, allowed to perceive more clearly the needs that are faced by employees in their daily work, the above focused primarily on the prevention and control effective health and industrial safety of both employees and employers while this contributes to the improvement of their working conditions and environment within the industry. A series of occupational risks were found among the higher is the risk of ergonomic and psicolaboral type, so one recommendation is to use personal protection.
