dc.descriptionEl trabajo actual tiene como objeto fundamental formular un Plan de Acción Ambiental para contribuir a la reducción y control de las emisiones atmosféricas en el área objeto de estudio, que garantice el monitoreo y seguimiento a los contaminantes criterio y no convencionales, generados en el área de influencia de la Superintendencia de Operaciones del Putumayo. Al tener la información relacionada con la micrometeorología de la zona objeto de estudio, así como el inventario de fuentes de emisión de cada una de las baterías pertenecientes a la Superintendencia de Operaciones del Putumayo (SOP) se podrá definir la escala de monitoreo, paso seguido, se realizará una modelación preliminar basada en la dirección y velocidad de los vientos, con el fin de tener un panorama del comportamiento de los contaminantes en el momento de la descarga. Adicionalmente, con el propósito de dar un alcance propositivo al trabajo, se analizará la percepción de la Comunidad del área de influencia, con relación a la presencia de enfermedades respiratorias asociadas a la actividad de la SPO. Por otro lado, serán elaborados unos perfiles de proyecto que se podrían implementar para que conjuntamente con el mecanismo de control propuesto permitan reducir las emisiones atmosféricas en la zona.
dc.descriptionThe current work has as its fundamental purpose is to formulate a Plan of Environmental Action to contribute to the reduction and control of atmospheric emissions in the area under study, to ensure monitoring and follow-up criteria pollutants and unconventional generated in the area influence of the Superintendent of Operations Putumayo. By having information related to the micrometeorology of the area under study and inventory of emission sources of each of the batteries belonging to the Superintendent of Operations Putumayo (SOP ) can be defined scale monitoring step followed a preliminary modeling based on the direction and speed of winds , in order to have an overview of the behavior of pollutants at the time of discharge will be performed. Additionally , in order to take a proactive scope to work, the perception of the Community 's area of influence will be analyzed in relation to the presence of respiratory diseases associated with activity of SPO. On the other hand , they will be prepared project profiles that could be implemented so that together with the control mechanism proposed to reduce air emissions in the area.
