dc.descriptionEl objetivo principal de este proyecto es diseñar el sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo para HL CONSTRUCTORA S.A. con el fin de minimizar los riesgos a los que se exponen día a día los empleados, contribuir con el bienestar de ellos y aumentar la productividad en la empresa. Inicialmente se realizó un mapa de procesos con el fin de saber el direccionamiento estratégico de la empresa para así poder definir los procesos de la empresa para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la misma. El diagnóstico inicial muestra que la organización no posee un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, lo que conlleva a los accidentes laborales y posibles enfermedades laborales de los trabajadores de HL CONSTRUCTORA S.A Posteriormente se realizó el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos normas legales Colombianas Vigentes. Con el fin de identificar las prioridades en seguridad y salud en el trabajo para establecer el plan de trabajo anual. Luego de este diagnóstico inicial se procedió a Identificar los peligros, evaluar y valoras los riesgos existentes para poder determinar la priorización de los riesgos y recomendar medidas de intervención. Con el diseño del SG-SST en HL CONSTRUCTORA S.A se pudo mitigar los riesgos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores y prevenir accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades laborales
dc.descriptionThe main target of this project is to design the system of management of the safety and health in the work for CONSTRUCTION HL S.A. in order to minimize the risks to which the personnel is exhibited every day, to contribute with their well-being and to increase the productivity in the company. Initially a process map was realized in order to know the strategic addressing of the company this way to be able to define the processes of the company for the fulfillment of the targets of the same one. The initial diagnosis shows that the organization does not possess a system of safety and health in the work, what it bears to the industrial accidents and possible occupational diseases of the workpeople of CONSTRUCTION HL S.A Later there realized the diagnosis of the current situation of the company opposite to the demanded requisites Current Colombian legal norms. In order to identify the priorities in safety and health in the work to establish the plan of annual work. After this initial diagnosis one proceeded to design the system of safety management and health in the work, from planning of the system up to reaching its design.
