dc.descriptionLa pasantía tuvo como objetivo principal apoyar la ejecución de actividades correspondientes al componente de eco-eficiencia del sistema de gestión ambiental (SGA) de Concretos Argos S.A. Las actividades realizadas incluyeron la actualización de la matriz legal de cada planta en el software Amatia, lo cual incluía crear actividades para evidenciar el cumplimiento de las normas aplicables, y esta evidencia se realizó por medio de visitas ambientales a las plantas y control documental; el seguimiento a la eficiencia de cada planta de concreto teniendo en cuenta la producción de concreto en comparación con los consumos de agua y energía; la creación de informes mensuales de desempeño ambiental a partir de la base de datos de indicadores de reporte GRI; y como tarea adicional, se llevaron a cabo capacitaciones al personal nuevo de Argos y contratistas en cuanto a la Política Ambiental de la empresa, separación de residuos y atención a emergencias, como método para mejorar la eficiencia de las plantas y garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas. Estas actividades facilitaron el cumplimiento de los estándares y metas de la empresa, garantizando que su gestión ambiental se siga ejecutando correctamente; y por lo tanto se cumplieron los objetivos de la pasantía.
dc.descriptionThe main objective of the internship was to support the execution of activities corresponding to the Eco-Efficiency Component of the Environmental Management System (EMS) of Concretos Argos S.A. The activities carried out included the updating of the legal matrix of each plant in the Amatia software, which included creating activities to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations and this evidence was made through environmental visits to the plants and documentary control; The monitoring of the efficiency of each concrete plant considering the production of concrete in comparison with the consumption of water and energy; the creation of monthly environmental performance reports based on the GRI report indicators database; and as an additional task, training was given to new Argo's staff and contractors about the company's Environmental Policy, waste separation, and emergency response, as a method to improve the efficiency of the plants and guarantee the accomplishment of the established goals. These activities facilitated compliance with the company's standards and goals, ensuring that its environmental management continues to be executed correctly; and therefore, the objectives of the internship were achieved.
