| dc.description | Los incendios forestales en las cobertura vegetales, tiene su origen natural o antrópico, considerándose un factor importante en el cambio de uso del suelo en Latinoamérica, el fuego tiene un papel relevante en la estructura y funcionamiento de diferentes ecosistemas. (Dwyer et al. 1999). Se calcula que en Latinoamérica las emisiones generadas por los incendios representaron el 15.77% de las emisiones por quema de biomas en todo el mundo. (Van der Werf et al 2006).La conservación y la gestión sostenible de los recursos naturales a nivel municipal, requiere de la formulación del plan de contingencia contra incendios forestales, para disponer de una herramienta que brinde respuesta a los eventos presentes y futuros, que puedan afectar los bosques, las plantaciones forestales y otros tipos de cobertura vegetal. | |
