dc.descriptionEl diseño del programa sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) para la empresa VIDRIOS Y ALUMINIOS ARQUITECTÓNICOS EL CAMPÍN, se centró en la evaluación consistente y precisa las medidas de control que se emplean en la empresa para la minimización de riesgos , peligros y enfermedades laborales producidas por las acciones físicas y mentales a la hora de llevar a cabo una tarea, la medida más importante utilizada a la hora del diseño de los programas y subprogramas estuvo cimentada en las directrices indicadas en la (GTC) guía técnica colombiana número 45 que sustituye el antiguo panorama de riesgos, y junto a esta en la matriz de riesgos y peligros que se desarrolló para la compañía. La problemática encontrada en la empresa, con nivel de riesgo I tienen relación directa con las actividades rutinarias, Carga Física –Ergonómica, ruido, vibraciones, y el manejo de la maquinaría, estos factores se analizaron de manera puntual para dar soluciones prácticas en la compañía, esto de acuerdo a los valores arrojados por las matrices de riesgos desarrolladas en las áreas de la empresa; adicional a esto, se diseñó el programa de medicina preventiva y seguridad industrial con actividades planeadas para la ejecución por parte de la empresa con un cronograma ordenado para ser efectuado anualmente por VIDRIOS Y ALUMINIOS ARQUITECTÓNICOS EL CAMPÍN , el plan de emergencias es otro de los programa que se diseñó para mejorar los sistemas de salud y verificar , afrontar y mitigar todos los riesgos encontrados en la organización De acuerdo al desarrollo de las matrices de riesgos los peligros que se presentan con mayor frecuencia y nivel de peligrosidad, tenemos la Posición prolongada de pie por las actividades de corte y ensamble de materiales, el ruido continuo por la actividad de corte, el compresor, la copiadora y herramientas manuales cómo taladro, vibración producida por herramientas manuales rotativas, tales como percutor, taladro, lijadoras, sierra, martillo, pulidora; también se encontraron peligros relacionados con Puntos en movimiento o partes móviles de las máquinas que se usan en la manufactura de los productos en la empresa; En la sección administrativa las tareas realizadas que presentan mayor peligro son la digitación lo cual afecta el túnel carpiano y en cuanto a condiciones de seguridad las conexiones eléctricas las cuales por mala ubicación pueden causar descargas sobre el individuo causando lesiones graves.
