dc.descriptionDentro de las Relaciones Internacionales, el medio ambiente y los acuerdos ambientales son muy importantes dentro del derecho internacional, el cual vincula a todos los Estados que componen la Comunidad Internacional; los países desarrollados y en desarrollo hacen parte de la misma, por lo tanto sus características y su forma de actuar dentro del sistema internacional frente al tema medioambiental es relevante ya que actualmente la mayoría de los países desarrollados se ven envueltos en conflictos que afectan su seguridad tanto societal como ambiental debido al intercambio transfronterizo de estas sustancias. Dentro de esta investigación, se pretende analizar cómo se ha estudiado el tema del transporte transfronterizo de residuos peligrosos en el mundo. Asimismo, se determinarán los aportes dados por la normatividad internacional con respecto al transporte transfronterizo de residuos peligrosos. Finalmente, se hará un análisis sobre qué lecciones pueden ser aprendidas por Colombia con respecto a las experiencias internacionales
dc.descriptionWithin International Relations, the environment and environmental agreements are very important within international law, which binds all the States that make up the International Community; the developed and developing countries are part of it, so the characteristics and the way of acting within the international system on the environmental issue is important and nowadays most of the developed countries are involved in conflicts that affect their security both societal and environmental, through the cross-border exchange of these substances. Within this research, we intend to analyze how the subject of transboundary transport of hazardous waste in the world has been studied. Likewise, the contributions given by international regulations regarding the transboundary transport of hazardous wastes will be determined. Finally, we can analyze what lessons can be learned by Colombia with respect to international experiences
